Most of us are drawn to coaching when we are seeking some kind of change. Coaching provides a space to focus on what is most important to us, who we are when we are at our best, and helps us to see what is possible.
With a mix of conversation, visualisation and exercises, I will support you in discovering and connecting with your true self.
I offer a free 30 minute chemistry call then, if we think we are a good fit to work together, initial sessions are booked in a 3 month block and can be online or in person in London.
